To be considered for this role, you are ideally:
- A senior 'new logo' sales HUNTER.
- You have sold directly to businesses to help with their B2C Customer Engagement programs.
- Experience selling a Services Solution; such as IT Outsourcing, a Consulting Firm or Digital Transformation in the CX space.
- Have BPO, Contact Centre and/or Digital Transformation experience
- You generate your own leads without the need for support AND like to work autonomously.
- Are able to travel domestically and internationally 50% of the year
- A wide range of industry contacts at senior levels
- Ability to source, juggle and close Multi-Million dollar deals
- Are an expert at cultivating relationships with decision-makers in client organisations (Chief Sales Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Care Officer and other C-level executives) to secure new business, new client accounts.
- Act as a charismatic and trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organisational imperatives, customer experience challenges, and offer solutions utilising persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies
- 8+ years’ experience in a consultative sales environment, with experience in customer engagement, products, services or contact center capacity is required
- Demonstrated experience selling solutions that deliver amazing customer experiences
- Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organisations – and influence purchase and buying decisions
- Demonstration of sales acumen, critical thinking, solution development, intellect, drive, executive presence
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
