A leading iconic Arts Institution based in Sydney are currently seeking the talents of an Executive Assistant who can support one of their top level Executives for a 4-6 week assignment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has had exposure to the workings of a busy Arts related environment.
Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:

- Diary management
- Compiling & drafting the various communication
- Be a fearless gatekeeper to the Executive
- Managing all travel
- Collating reports
- Manage all filing
- Undertake any other adhoc projects as directed
What you Need
- The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
- Must have a stable career history
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 5 years plus experience as an EA within an Arts organisatio
