The opportunity

Australia's fastest growing health food store seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst who is keen be heavily involved in shaping the future of their retail brand. Working in their smart technology team, you will help set up new store locations by building, deploying and supporting their own custom solutions. A new store location every 6 weeks! This hands-on role will suit a confident Desktop Support candidate with a strong ability to self-manage and self-motivate who is based in the Central Coast and has a car to travel to new store locations.

Your new role
  • Level 1 Helpdesk support, phone, online and remote support services
  • Ability to manage incoming support requests to the Level 1 Helpdesk, applying remedial work to the client systems for assigned works
  • Help to refine the systems and processes in place across the customer landscape
  • Assist with provisioning and implementing new platforms for stores, including on-site installation
  • Assist with the configuration and implementation of retail hardware (POS, EFTPOS, digital menu boards etc) 
  • Develop reporting dashboards and integration of external devices to assist with proactive monitoring and support

What you'll need
  • Level 1 technical support experience where you have helped end users
  • Excellent people skills and patience when actively supporting customers
  • TeamViewer and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Experience
  • Background with deployment and management of hosted mail services like Office 365
  • Great experience configuring and utilising support tools in the Atlassian suite, primarily Jira and Confluence
  • Background with Azure 
  • Support automation interest through the deployment and configuration of software solutions
  • Background with SQL hosted in Azure
  • Keen desire to learn new skills 
  • Passion for retail systems and technologies
