Work with a 3rd generation, multi-award winning global FMCG success story! We are looking for an exceptional Integrated Supply Planner to work with Woolworths specifically.
 
Day to Day
 
Reporting to the Customer Director for Woolworths as a Supply Manager this is a pivotal role within the business. The role is responsible to manage and coordinate the ordering, delivery, and forecasting to Woolworths nationally  
 
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
  • Leading the replenishment process at Woolworths to balance the demand whilst achieving logistics efficiencies and sales objectives
  • Manage Woolworths inventory holdings and service level to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with replenishment teams and sales teams to align on key executions & events and improve on forecast accuracy
  • Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Build and maintain a productive relationship with the Woolworths Replenishment and Buying team

 
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience working as a Supply Planner/vendor replenishment role in FMCG – ideally in food, confectionary or body care type categories. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with Australian grocery and convenience channels
  • Wide knowledge of retail forecasting and stack management principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and communications skills, critical thinking, build rapport and trust with multiple stakeholders
  • Customer focussed approach with the ability to successfully anticipate and meet customer expectations
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • High levels of initiative and energy
  • Excellent time management, organisation and decision making skills
  • Proficiency using EDRP systems and/or Woolworth's systems – CASS, SAP, EBI, RC & Fulfilment
