Day to Day
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as Social Media & Community Manager you will build channels through community engagement and content marketing by taking a core principles approach to the social media strategy and engagement.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Be the voice of existing and new communities to increase brand awareness and potential consideration
- Ensure engagement with existing communities through outstanding content that creates leads and advocates.
- Work with the content creator to ensure content is aligned to overarching marketing strategies and developed specifically for the community audience
- Ensure paid activity is implemented and optimised.
- Identify real rime content opportunities in owned and earned channels.
You’ll Need

- Excellent brief writing and communication skills to work collaboratively with people
- Management of multiple campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and enhance relationships within a complex customer environment
- Significant attention to detail, whilst being a creative thinker.
- A self-managed and motivated attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally across the business.
