12 Month Contract | Hybrid Role | Sydney or Melbourne
We are working with a leading Silicon Valley technology company specialising in cloud to appoint an experienced SMB Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing and demand generation across JAPAC.
This is a 12 month contract where you will own campaigns end to end, partner with high performing sales and product teams, and deliver measurable pipeline impact for a global brand.
The Opportunity
As SMB Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and delivering demand generation programs that attract, nurture and convert customers across the region. You will oversee the lead lifecycle, optimise campaigns through data, and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across email, social, paid media and content syndication
- Manage lead acquisition, scoring, nurturing and sales handover
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to maximise ROI
- Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams to align strategies and goals
- Leverage automation tools including Marketo, HubSpot and Salesforce to drive engagement
- 7+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise or technology environments
- Proven background in demand generation and digital marketing strategy
- Expertise in marketing automation, lead management and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau or similar
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capability
