Day to Day
Build and maintain strong relationships with major/key accounts. Maximising sales, profitability, and promotional activity within corporate margin expectations
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Ensure Customer Management, Demand Management & Forecasting and Trade Marketing responsibilities are delivered
- Developing, implementing and delivery of sales revenue and profit, cost and financial management are reached for both parties.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expanding the brand presence
- Present and negotiate the company's trading terms with buyers across all retailers
- Develop and implement item ranging and promotional plans that achieve the overall business plan.
- Report and correspond to the Leadership Team on the performance of assigned accounts
- Drive growth and new market opportunities both for existing products & brands and for products that could potentially develop to open up new markets.
- You will ensure that you & your team maintain a solid understanding of Pop Culture, our licensed brands and emerging brands, products, or consumer trends that have the potential to create opportunities for the business
- Develop and implement creative in-store concepts and solutions that highlight the brand to consumers.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven extensive experience and knowledge of sales account management, ideally within the Toys category, Licensing, Gaming, or Home Entertainment arena.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Minimum of 5+ years National Account Management experience.
- Strong demonstrable portfolio of successful promotions and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and enhance relationships within a complex customer environment
- Significant attention to detail, whist being a creative thinker.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
