About Them
 
You will be working with one of the world’s most well known, exciting, and dynamic global media and entertainment companies who develop, produce and market STAND OUT content entertainment and highly coveted brands to a global audience. We are looking for an exceptional Senior HR Generalist to partner with an outstanding Country HR Director within a diverse group of businesses with both a people centric and commercial focus.
 
 
Day to Day
 
Reporting to the ANZ Country HR Director, as Senior HR Generalist ANZ you will be across the rewarding mix of business support and project ownership acting as a sounding board and provide advisory and judgment across multiple businesses. Additionally, there are opportunities for local, regional and international project involvement depending on area of passion/expertise. No single day will be the same!
 
  • Supporting the Early Careers (Intern) group as a client group
  • Documentation and onboarding (post recruitment)- opportunity to be creative here on new hire SWAG, onboarding process
  • Communications- the HR PR of all things HR with an emphasis on Employee experience
  • Employee Experience- overseeing the Employee Resource Groups, events, programs, education, budget
  • Benefits and Perks administration (and creation)
  • Diversity and Inclusion program development and support
  • Learning and Development administration and coaching
  • Professional development planning and internal performance process support for staff
  • Operational Excellence- policy review, documentation preparation, Reporting and analytics, audits, payroll information collation that is sent to APAC payroll and payroll vendor for processing
 
 
 
You’ll Need
 
We would love to talk to you, if you have at least 3-5 years experience working in business partnering capacity within a dynamic multinational matrix type environment. Ideally, you’ve come from a TV, Media, or Entertainment space.
 
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:
 
  • Business-savvy and credible sparring partner with strong influencing skills
  • An agile ‘can do’ mentality that can shift from acting hands-on to strategic thinking
  • Ability to navigate through a complex, matrix business and provide the appropriate partnership and support to local stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and promote the link between business and operational priorities and HR activities
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills, able to adapt between the cultural nuances of areas/businesses
  • Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers and be a trusted source
  • Forward thinking with passion and creativity, not afraid to challenge the status quo
