Day to Day
 
You will support the Customer Management team to implement, maintain and coordinate all data and administration that ensures the overall company profitability and targets are reached. The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
 
  • Ensure the administrative functions of the role are working effectively and efficiently
  • Regularly update and maintain all files; and assist in resolving operational issues.
  • Invoice reconciliation – request & follow up invoice amendments, sorting documentation, & enter data
  • Prepare analytical reports with accuracy and timeliness for Sales Director
  • Prepare various ad hoc reports as required by the Key Accounts teams.
  • Define ways to improve the claims payment process
  • Make recommendations on effective reporting tools to reduce the time required and create efficiencies.
  • Support Key Accounts teams with claim payments across all accounts
 
 
 
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience between 1-2 years working in a Sales Coordinator or Finance function within FMCG with superior analytical skills (because you’re really good at it and you really love it).
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:  
 
  • Demonstrated experience in administration
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and autonomous nature with a natural curiosity and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and sound judgement in dealing with issues as necessary
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products particularly Excel
