The Opportunity

Working with a global, well-known and much-loved entertainment company who’s diversified expertise spans across film, television and music production and sales; family programming, merchandising and licensing; digital content; and live entertainment, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator.
 
Your New Role
 
Reporting to the VP Sales ANZ – India, Korea, and Japan, this is an incredibly exciting time to join this business as our client is continuing their global growth trajectory and we are looking for a highly energetic, and organised professional Sales Coordinator to support a small sales team of 3. You will be helping with the development and execution of business plans and be the communications link between customers buying teams and the internal sales team.
The main roles and responsibilities of this role will include the following:
  • Support requests for contract/programme information, as well as complex avails reports for assigned territories, languages and rights
  • Create bespoke sales presentation for clients
  • Support the Marketing Department by providing necessary client information
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required by VP of sales for ANZ and India and the Director of sales for Korea and Japan.
  • Liaise with the Technical Department for broadcast and marketing assets
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline.
  • Provide team assistance to the VP of sales in Sydney and the Director of sales in Korea, including travel bookings and expenses reports
  • Provide sales market and client support.
 
 
What You’ll Need
 
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience and knowledge of sales coordination and account management within ideally TV or Entertainment, however, we are open to backgrounds in Consumer Products and/or Gaming.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
  • Previous experience in an International TV and Film Sales environment
  • Strong IT skills especially MS Office (Specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel) and bespoke in-house systems
  • Enthusiasm and capacity to focus on administrative tasks and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good research and analytical skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Additional European language will be an advantage but is not a requirement
