Your New Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant person who will assist in the development and execution of SUPER fun and dynamic marketing & sales initiatives and act as an information hub for the business. This role works across the Sales, Marketing & Purchasing departments to assist in coordinating products/materials and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Main responsibilities:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist in facilitating the product line plan through the following responsibilities:
- Supplying product data and assets to all teams as required
- Managing the upkeep of showrooms and new product samples
- Managing the website with stock levels, web banners and uploading new product information.
- Online retailer requests, i.e. managing retailer stock levels/existing lines, uploading new images, managing retailer portals
- Attending & helping to facilitate B2B and B2C events, including the Australian Toy, Hobby & Licensing Fair, Reed Gift Fair and influencer events
- Overseeing content distribution for social media channels including Instagram and Facebook
- Creation and distribution of EDMs through Mailchimp
- Creation of new assets through Canva and Photoshop
- Preparing/collating sales sheets and presentations for sales staff
- Coordinating & tracking sales samples, liaising with factories and sales teams as required
- Providing updates to sales team on PR coverage and marketing activities
- Assisting agents with product information, samples and asset requests.
You’ll Need
Ideally, you have a basic understanding of sales & marketing with 1 -2 years of experience and have previously worked in a high-impact consumer goods/toys or retail marketing space
