Day to Day
- Take all incoming calls from established clients in regards to their accounts
- Update company database and systems
- Assist with preparation of invoices
- Pre-type and send reports
- Monitor the customer service register to ensure clients are serviced to the highest standard
- Oversee the management of the company's social media profile
- Write content for company material where required
- Manage company calendar
- Manage sales reports
- Answer all initial incoming sales calls
You'll Need
- 2-3 years exp within a sales environment
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to work fast & accurately
- Sales knowledge and experience is favourable
- Sales experience with cold calling and learning scripts is favourable but not essential
- Strong organisational abilities
