One of Sydney's major government organisations is looking for a meticulous Procurement Administrator to join their warm and friendly team in Parramatta.
Day to Day:
- Monitor Inventory Stock - observing whether the appropriate items have arrived and determine what needs to be reordered
- Negotiate with Suppliers - ability to get the best rates
- Prepare Purchase Orders - sending order requests to suppliers & following ups
- Resolve Order Problems - work with closely with suppliers to resolve queries and build strong relationships
- Administration - preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts. They also provide additional administrative support for team members as needed
