The Opportunity
One of Australia's most prominent Entrepreneurs based in the Eastern Suburbs is currently looking for an Executive Assistant who can support himself & his family with a myriad of private projects. You will also be required to undertake some general EA support in regards to his commercial interests.
This is definitely a role for someone who is a perfectionist & understands the complexities of supporting an Entrepreneur who never stops.
Only candidates with a stable work history will be shortlisted for this enviable opportunity.
Your new role
- Oversee to all the families personal matters, including holidays, personal banking, errands, organising family events (birthday parties etc.) and gift buying.
- Build relationships internally with the key stakeholders to the family
- Manage the families extensive property portfolio
- Manage household staff
- Prepare correspondence
- Develop administrative support processes and manage high-level confidential information.
- Complex Diary management, expense management, report preparation and maintenance of databases/files.
- Manage all Domestic and International travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas currency, transfers)
- Coordination of meetings and agendas
- Manage expenses
- Some dictation required
What you Need
- The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
- Must be flexible & unflappable
- Must have a stable career history
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 8 years experience providing extensive private support to a HNWI ESSENTIAL.
