About Them

A small yet friendly professional services firm based at Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont are seeking the talents of a multi-skilled PA who can wear multiple hats for supporting their highly charismatic Director who works a million miles an hour.

Day to Day

Responsibilities will include (but not always limited to);
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating travel
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage social media campaigns on a weekly bases
  • Manage filing systems
  • Take notes in meetings
  • Manage expenses
  • Set up webinars
  • Manage stationary supplies
  • Ad hoc general administration as required by the team
You'll Need
  • 3-4 years min PA/EA exp within a professional services firm
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office especially PowerPoint
  • A pragmatic, friendly and down-to-earth approach
