Day to Day
As Outbound Lead for the sales team, this role will drive sales demand with the Outbound Sales Team that will achieve Sales Targets.
- Lead and drive activity and performance to meet KPI’s in a cold calling telesales environment
- Training, coaching and mentoring the team through various channels
- Writing sales scripts for telesales campaigns
- Implementing sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Achieving set sales targets and a focus on performing beyond this
- Listening to and monitoring the quality and duration of calls, providing regular feedback to drive sales results
- Handling customer complaints and managing customer relationships
- Understanding the importance of company process and compliance guidelines, ensuring that their team is also compliant
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Support the commitment to improving quality and driving continuous improvement activities that are designed to meet or exceed customers expectations and maintain the ISO9001 certification
You’ll Need

- Attention to detail, quality focused, strong work ethic, and a positive can do attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
