Small yet extremely busy private equity firm based on the CBD fringe are currently seeking a superstar Office Manager who can also wear the hat of Personal Assistant & Accounts Officer. This is the perfect role for any someone looking for variety within a close-knit environment.
This is definitely a role for someone who is a perfectionist & understands the complexities of supporting a company that never stops.

Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:

- Diary management
- Compiling & drafting the various communication
- Managing all travel
- Collating reports
- Manage all filing
- Facilities management of office
- Accounts Payable/Receivables
- Manage expenses & cashflow of MD
- Undertake all personal projects for the MD & his family
- Undertake any other adhoc projects as directed
What you Need
- The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
- Must have a stable career history
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 4 years plus experience as an Office Manager/PA
