The Opportunity
Working with a global, well-known and much-loved toy company whose mission is the ensure and create the most memorable experiences for children throughout the world, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator.
Your New Role
Reporting to the National Sales Director, this is an incredibly exciting time to join this business as our client is continuing their global growth trajectory and we are looking for a highly energetic, and organised professional Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team. You will be helping with the development and execution of business plans and be the communications link between customers buying teams and internal sales team.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Provide general administrative support for the sales team by coordinating the calendar, travel and expense management.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Receive, analyse and process customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers to advise of any delays in orders, pricing queries or any other matters to be resolved
  • Prepare customer submission forms for each buyer/customer
  • Prepare and update sales reports weekly.
  • Provide professional support to the sales team day by day
  • Maximising inventory opportunities
  • Forecasting and planning (Work closely with our Supply Chain)
  • Range and category development
  • Catalogue layouts
  • Promotions planning
What You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience and knowledge of sales coordination and account management at a national level within ideally Toys, however we are open to backgrounds in Consumer Products, Gaming or Home Entertainment arena.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years as a National Sales Coordinator
  • Negotiation skills/presentation skills – strong aptitude for development into account management
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a focus/attention to detail/time management
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems
  • Able to maintain and manage relationships
  • Analytical skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills 
  • Organize and participate in management and sales meetings and field visits when required; prepare meeting minutes 
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
