Day to Day
To lead, inspire, and drive the Independents Group to exceed targets and deliver in-store execution to the highest level whilst maintaining and driving the relationship to profitability and ensuring a true win/win/win triple approach model.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
You’ll Need
As a senior role within the business, we would love to talk with experienced FMCG NAM’s who have proven experience of 4-7 years working within FMCG environment. You naturally have superior relationship and influencing skills (because you’re really good at it and you really love it) and the ability to take internal, international and key external partners on the sales journey and create opportunities the deliver profitable outcomes!

Day to Day

The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Develop winning relationships with all key stakeholders internally to influence the customer to gain share and sales growth, through customer and shopper insights
- Collaborate to develop a promotional program that delivers against shopper insights whilst improving the ROI without
- compromising the customer strategy, sales and share
- Continually innovate in sales and the path to purchase to accelerate growth and lead the customer agenda
- Plan for activities and manage the end to end process to ensure the execution is effective and efficient with the customer at
- store level
- Partner with the field team to execute with excellence
- Leadership, development and coaching of direct report to execute the strategy
