Day to Day
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you are responsible for supporting the broader marketing team in executing the marketing strategy. You will achieve this as you are the ultimate power user and a knowledge source on best practices for marketing operations!
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Project manage and execute best-in-class campaigns, on time and on budget.
  • Configure, manage, maintain, integrate, and optimize our Martech stack.
  • Own marketing automation, including integrations, workflows, nurture programs.
  • Manage marketing data; Normalise, standardise, and maintain marketing database, ensuring hygiene, managing audiences & segmentation.
  • Establish, maintain and optimize marketing processes, driving best practices across all marketing functions.
  • Manage all marketing operational needs, including budgets, forecasts, tracking, analysis and reporting.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have around 3+ years in a Marketing and have extensive hands-on marketing operations and campaign management experience at a B2B software company. 
We are looking for you to have experience by way of:
  • Experience across a range of marketing channels and technologies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing marketing automation systems, as well as associated integrations.
  • You will be driven by data, tracking, measuring, and gaining insights from data to understand your impact and optimise.
  • Expertise in campaign management and tracking across multiple marketing channels, e.g. email, website, events, direct mail, and digital ads; a solid foundation in web analytics.
  • You are naturally curious, question how and why, whilst being a problem solver, able to connect the dots, or pivot if required.
  • We are looking for a strategic doer, someone who has the ability to see the bigger picture but can also execute, and move quickly.
  • We need a team player. You will need to collaborate across multiple teams.
