Your New Role

The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Lead the development and launch of new innovations for the segment that will drive market share and improve profitability
- Develop product portfolio & pricing strategies for defined segments
- Determine segment objectives and strategies to build brand with customers
- Identify and lead new platform development based on customer insights
- Provide functional guidance and support to build and mentor talent at the local level
- Drive results through knowledge-based relationships with other departments, divisions, functions, customers and vendors
- Maintain and improve industry and marketing knowledge to support the company’s competitive position through business growth and development
What You’ll Need

- Ability to understand, persuade and lead people of diverse backgrounds and affiliations
- Leadership skills to drive consensus across functions, divisions and lines of business
- Excellent quantitative problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills are essential
- Ability to multi-task as well as lead and motivate teams, providing clear direction to ensure flawless execution on a wide variety of projects
- Depth of experience/expertise in marketing capabilities such as strategic planning, capturing the voice of customer/business, developing marketing strategies and tactics, etc
- Well-developed leadership qualities
- High initiative, strong communications and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of delivering sales and margin growth results through cross-functional teams
- Successful experience driving innovation and product launches
