The Opportunity
Working alongside the Marketing Director in one of the world’s most successful companies that literally change and save the lives of millions of people every day through their technologies, we are seeking a brilliant Marketing Manager to drive the brand marketing function and ensure all profitability targets are achieved across this specific division.
Your New Role
Drive and develop innovative marketing strategies based on data-driven insights that create best-in-class customer engagement strategies. Through these insights develop and execute short-term, annual and multi-year strategies that achieve overall business sales and profitability targets.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Lead the development and launch of new innovations for the segment that will drive market share and improve profitability
  • Develop product portfolio & pricing strategies for defined segments
  • Determine segment objectives and strategies to build brand with customers
  • Identify and lead new platform development based on customer insights
  • Provide functional guidance and support to build and mentor talent at the local level
  • Drive results through knowledge-based relationships with other departments, divisions, functions, customers and vendors
  • Maintain and improve industry and marketing knowledge to support the company’s competitive position through business growth and development
What You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience as a Marketing Manager within a B2B marketing environment – ideally within Food and Beverage but not essential and have performed a similar position in a previous role.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across
  • Ability to understand, persuade and lead people of diverse backgrounds and affiliations
  • Leadership skills to drive consensus across functions, divisions and lines of business
  • Excellent quantitative problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills are essential
  • Ability to multi-task as well as lead and motivate teams, providing clear direction to ensure flawless execution on a wide variety of projects
  • Depth of experience/expertise in marketing capabilities such as strategic planning, capturing the voice of customer/business, developing marketing strategies and tactics, etc
  • Well-developed leadership qualities
  • High initiative, strong communications and relationship building skills
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and margin growth results through cross-functional teams
  • Successful experience driving innovation and product launches
