Day to Day
Reporting to the Marketing Director APAC, the Marketing Manager APAC will play a crucial role delivering key marketing activities spanning multiple channels including ATL, TTL, and BTL alongside partnerships and events across several Asia Pacific territories to drive the D2C and B2B platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that are innovative, drive awareness and ultimately deliver subscription objectives.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk to candidates who have 5+ years’ experience in a B2C brand role, within media, entertainment industry, or digital female brand, and SVOD/OTT experience working as a Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive looking to take the next step and looking to jump into an exciting and fun business. You’ve driven a marketing strategy and created tactical plans in an international media setting, you’re an expert in the media and entertainment landscape and have already managed and delivered exceptional commercial partnerships.

- Account manage multiple B2B partners across media, tech, and telcos in order to co-create and execute effective marketing activity to drive core consumer metrics
- Work cohesively and manage media agencies, PR agencies, and social team to create and execute brand activations, and ensure alignment across all channels
- Own and manage territory budget
- Act as a brand champion working with Marketing Director APAC to continuously evaluate and refine the brand proposition alongside ensuring creative alignment and tone of voice across all media touchpoints
- Manage the creative concepting, briefing, and workflow with in house and external creative teams
- Leverage available data and insights from the insight and analytics teams to develop activity that is targeted and delivers results
- Work cross functionally to set up, create and execute promotional offers and partnerships
- Support other territory leads on key campaigns and share knowledge

- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze the efficiency of marketing initiatives and support the overall corporate financial objectives
- Able to demonstrate 360 integrated campaigns, plus a strong understanding of media planning and execution
- A self-starter with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail and flair for creative
- Strong communicator that is able to influence whilst facilitates dialogue
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong digital marketing literacy and an understanding of managing digital brands
- Previous marketing experience in India or Asian territories
- Ability to maintain consistency under pressure
- Loyalty, sense of humour with a passion for television
