Day to Day
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you are responsible for the marketing automation across the entire customer journey by creating remarkable and personalised experiences for customers using this outstanding platform! You will achieve this as you are the ultimate power user and a knowledge source on best practices for automation

The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Plan, build and optimise all marketing campaigns.
- Continuously test and learn, optimising campaigns to increase performance and MRR, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work alongside the broader marketing team to develop campaign messaging, copy and creative elements.
- Build marketing automation templates for use in the templates library.
- Work alongside the content team to create/inform best practice content.
You’ll Need

- Being naturally curious - question how and why, whilst being a problem solver, able to connect the dots, or pivot if required.
- You will be driven by data. You will need to be comfortable tracking, measuring and gaining insights from data to understand your impact and optimise.
- We need a team player. You will need to collaborate across multiple teams; marketing, product, sales, support.
- We are looking for a strategic dooer, someone who has the ability to see the bigger picture but can also act, and move quickly.
