Day to Day
 
Working closely with key members of the business, as Marketing & Engagement Manager you will work to deliver key projects and customer engagement initiatives which are aligned to the overarching strategies.  
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Develop and manage the over-arching asset marketing strategy and retail marketing plans focused on driving traffic and repeat visitation to the assets.
  • Preparation and delivery of the Tenant engagement and activation calendar including tenant communication management.
  • Develop tailored and customised promotions, communication strategies, including post-analysis on all marketing initiatives, campaigns and events.
  • Delivery of asset activation strategy including event management for office and placemaking events.
  • Work with external communications partner on ongoing activation requirements.
  • Improve the use of public space across the assets.
  • Seek additional revenue opportunities within the broader asset precincts.
  • Development and management of digital and social media marketing strategies.
  • Ongoing management of centre websites and new content creation (photography, story creation).
  • Ensure all collateral and communication is consistent, meets brand marketing guidelines and is delivered via the correct media channel.
  • Project Management of external agencies, and managing communication channels including digital community portals, eDM’s and the assets website to foster a unique vertical community.
 
You’ll Need

You will also be able to demonstrate experience across with:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of Business or Marketing
  • Minimum five years’ experience in marketing in the leisure, tourism, office or retail sector
  • Strong understanding of the leisure, tourism, office or retail industry preferable
  • An understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
