Our clients integrated big data platform works to analyse shopper insights and delivers growth specifically in the FMCG, Media, Retail and OTC space.

Day to Day
Reporting to COO as Marketing & Communication Manager, this 12-month Maternity Leave contract will see you being responsible for driving and implementing the global marketing strategy and tailoring that to appropriate local markets across the APAC region. You will promote the company brand, products, and services to market, through direct marketing to clients, RFP’s and corporate marketing via public relations and content marketing.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
  • Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations program.
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of the thought leadership calendar and publications.
  • Coordinate media interest and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Support the commercial team on key client pitches through the clever use of branding to bring key messages and commercial proposals to life.
  • Oversee and accountable for the marketing and communications budget, including creation and forecasting.
  • Planning and budget creation for events, and joint-branded events.
  • Develop and grow product brand and customer recognition through all core channels (SEM/SEO, content strategy, social media channels, direct email campaigns etc)
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proactively review campaign metrics to determine what is working and what can be improved or optimised for all marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and report to the global marketing team on marketing campaigns and performance.
You’ll Need

We would love to talk with candidates who have 5 - 6 years experience in Marketing & Communications coupled with a creative flair and commercial acumen.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing or communications
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and DreamWeaver)
  • A high level of motivation, organisation and the ability to work autonomously to reach set objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop positive working relationships both internally and with our clients
  • Leadership skills with the ability to think big picture and long-term
