Self-starter needed for dynamic law firm. No two days will be the same in this role!
The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-respected team within a highly reputable law firm who need you to play a key role in helping the law firm tick.  As a Legal Personal Assistant, you’ll support 2 Partners and 1 Special Counsel, as well as help, co-ordinate a number of new projects and events. If you thrive in fast-paced environment and love dealing with people, this is a perfect role for you.

Your new role

Reporting to these 2 charismatic partners you’ll provide full administrative support across the team, as well a number of events and other activities, including:
  • Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Dairy, email and travel management 
  • Helping with all events within the business
  • Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Client liaison
  • Drafting legal documents 
  • Providing adhoc support across a variety of needs within the business
  • Monitoring office supplies inventory and manage any necessary needs
What you’ll need 
We would love to talk to candidates who have 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary in a law firm.  You’ll need to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, as well as:
  • An ability to exercise judgment under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy and desire to succeed
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Initiative
  • A great sense of humour is a bonus!
