Day to Day
  
Supporting at a 1:1 capacity working with this inspirational hardworking Partner your role will be to ensure that you can provide all administrative and adhoc support across the Infrastructure, Construction and Property group. Responsibilities may also include:

• Diary management 
• Email management 
• All travel coordination 
• Drafting correspondence
• Preparing legal documents 
• File management
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations   
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of various administrative procedures within the business
• Assist in company events & seminars
• Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders

You'll Need

• 3-4 years min experience as a PA or EA within legal either private practice or in-house 
• You'll be highly methodical & organised
• Ability to liaise at all levels & be engaging & professional
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Must be able to work in an office with big personalities
