As the IT Manager, you will plan and manage projects, and work closely with all areas of the business providing hardware and software support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a predominantly macOS environment.
The key knowledge areas required for this role include the following:
● Day-to-day activities including user management, device inventory, maintenance of typical office environment of under 200 staff
● Identify and implement IT improvement initiatives
● Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver projects
● Manage and support and mentor the IT support team
● Monitor the security, reliability, and performance of internal systems
SKILLS REQUIRED
● Experience managing a typical office IT environment for 60+ staff
● Strong experience with endpoint management tools
● Strong experience with identity management tools
● Experience working on a technical support team or customer service environment
● Google Workplace support
● In-depth knowledge of and the ability to perform troubleshooting on macOS and Windows
● Mobile device support including iOS and Android
