This is an incredible opportunity for a highly organised & switched on Team Assistant who can support the wider team by utilising their well developed experience to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. If you've always wanted a role where you can be appreciated & valued then this is it.  

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing meeting requests with prompt scheduling, ensuring diary correctness by resolving conflicts and rescheduling where necessary and by reviewing diaries in advance
  • Manage Weekly Legal Team Meetings including diary invites; documentation/presentations required for meeting and any IT requirements
  • Assisting with the preparation of Board agendas and minutes 
  • Uploading Board papers onto an electronic board paper management system
  • Arranging monthly staff birthday's
  • Arranging Team Functions
  • Document formatting, editing and styling
  • Helping team members with computer issues (troubleshooting) etc
  • Assisting with the process for Travel Bookings 
  • Organising seminars including overseeing and taking responsibility for venue bookings, invitees, catering provisions and IT/audio services
  • Dafting legal correspondence 
  • Ensuring public liability subpoenas and statements of claims are dealt with
To be successful for this role you will have:
  • 3-4 years’ experience as a legal secretary or a team assistant within a legal department in-house. 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
  • Ability to handle adhoc projects as directed
