Day to Day
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, as the HR BP you will be the first point of contact and provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to the entire spectrum of HR practices including employee relations, recruitment, Health & Safety, and provide best practice HR support that helps drive the mission, values and strategic vision of the business.

Day to Day
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, as the HR BP you will be the first point of contact and provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to the entire spectrum of HR practices including employee relations, recruitment, Health & Safety, and provide best practice HR support that helps drive the mission, values and strategic vision of the business.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Support in local and regional ‘Ad Hoc Projects’ as requested to support the different functions of the business
- Support the Snr. HRBP in preparing and delivering training programs
- Revise and update individual training and development needs within the business as required
- To support Snr. HRBP in the handling of all ER matters
- Coordinate and facilitate timely, expert WHS advice and assistance to managers in managing WHS incidents and develop and review occupational health and safety system documentation such as policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Support the Snr HRBP in the implementation of the compensation and benefits policies and processes (analysis of data – MBO, base salary reviews/preparation of communication – presentations-letters-…)
- Coordinate with the Snr HRBP to ensure that the Performance Review Process (Month of Feedback and End of Year Review) is adhered to and implemented correctly for the assigned function
- Manage end-to-end recruitment/hiring activities in order to support line management in identifying candidates fitting with company values and business objectives/strategy.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience between 3-5 years working in an HR function (ideally HR BP) within FMCG – ideally in food, confectionery, or body care type categories. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of IR/ER policies and practices.
- Independent and autonomous nature with a natural curiosity and a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion and sound judgment in dealing with issues as necessary
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
