Work with 3rd generation, multi-award winning global FMCG success story in this newly created HR Coordinator/Internal Recruitment role. Day to Day
 
You will support to HR team to implement, maintain and coordinate all HR programs, plans and policies as well as helping manage the recruitment function across the board that drives business growth and success.
 
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
  • Maintain databases to ensure accurate records for a range of HR and employee information
  • Provide reports to the Human Resources team and other managers as required
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection services and post-selection assessments
  • Compile appropriate on-boarding documentation for new employees.
  • Provide advice and support to managers on workplace relations matters
  • Coordination and support for Human Resource projects
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to deliver HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files and other records as required
 
 
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience between 2-3 years working in an HR Coordinator/Internal Recruitment function within FMCG – ideally in food, confectionary or body care type categories. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:         
 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Recruitment Experience essential whether at agency level or in-house.
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources coordination and administration, including use of Human Resource Information Systems and sourcing, developing training programs
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of IR/ER policies and practices.
  • Independent and autonomous nature with a natural curiosity and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and sound judgment in dealing with issues as necessary
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
