Your New Role
Reporting to an incredibly dynamic, professional and entrepreneurial CEO as Head of Commercial you will create and execute a the commercial and sales strategy, that will help deliver revenue targets and strategic goals for the business. The role will see you developing and maintaining all lender (bank and non-bank, agency) and broker (B2B and aggregator) partnerships as well as creating new commercial partnerships and revenue streams.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
What You’ll Need
You’ll have significant experience and relationships in the financial services sector or the home loan industry, with a strong history of sales, business development and account management. You have a track record of developing sales strategies, competitor analysis, sales pipelines, and delivering revenue and customer retention targets and are a self-starter!
You have the ability to utilise your financial services experience into a strategic sales plan, have a DEEP understanding of digital marketing eco-systems and digital customer acquisition strategies, along with strong relationships to translate these into long term commercial partnerships that drive outcomes both parties.
You also have extensive experience in selling products, platforms and audiences to financial service providers whilst immersing yourself in a brand proposition. You have a deep understanding of product and segments/customer lifecycles to drive effective business development strategies.

- Establish new and maintain existing networks and partners to deliver revenue targets and also customer acquisition targets.
- Own and drive the performance for the supply-side by managing new lender recruitment, lender retention, lender agreements and ongoing commercial partnerships.
- Create and execute all go-to-market strategies for disruptive products and services, and build a value proposition across lender and broker markets.
- Collaborate with CEO and Head of Product to create continuous improvements across the platform and use insights to grow new revenue.
- With the CEO, attend, present and evangelise at industry events that provide the strongest possible market profile and awareness, and help position the business an authority and industry leader.
