Your New Role
Reporting to an incredibly dynamic, professional, and entrepreneurial CEO, as General Manager you will be the first in command to create, execute and lead an experienced team in order to develop and expand both the brand and the business in this dynamic market environment. We are searching for a GM who has broad knowledge and proven managerial experience gained in the apparel retail marketspace.

We are looking for an experienced retail apparel GM with 8-10 years (ideally 3-5 years in management) of retail experience who has a track record of growth and proven success in business operations through retail, direct and omnichannel experience.

- Set the strategy and vision with the SLT for the company through a detailed and fluid business plan.
- Refine and grow organisational structure in line with business imperatives.
- Work with the leadership team and managers to structure a robust integrated business management system that will enable a streamlined and integrated bricks & mortar retail, direct and Omni-Channel business model.
- Identify opportunities to improve both supply chain and logistics efficiencies and the cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Establish an effective human capital and performance management plan for the business.
