Project-driven. Commercially curious. D365 F&O power user.
This is not a traditional Financial Accountant role.
We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to understand how a business makes money, not just how to report on it.
Someone who asks why, not just what.
The role
You'll own financial reporting in a complex, project-based environment where revenue recognition, POC and accuracy actually matter.
You'll be hands-on in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Finance & Operations.
You'll turn data into insight using Power BI, building reports that leaders actually use to make decisions.
And you'll work closely with the business to understand the commercial engine behind the numbers.
What really matters
Strong Project Accounting experience
Revenue recognition, POC, multi-entity complexity. This is non-negotiable.
D365 Finance & Operations expert
You know it inside out and can navigate it with confidence.
Commercial curiosity
You want to understand the business, its drivers, its risks and its "why".
Power BI reporting capability
You can build dashboards, tell stories with data and explain what the numbers mean.
Detail-driven but commercially minded
You care about accuracy, but you also care about impact.
Day to Day
- Owning month-end and statutory reporting
- Managing project accounting and revenue recognition
- Partnering with leaders to explain performance, trends and risks
- Building Power BI reports that drive better decisions
- Improving systems, controls and ways of working
- Helping finance be a strategic function, not a back-office one
Who You Are
A qualified CA or CPA with 6+ years' experience in Project Management Accounting and wants exposure whilst being close to the business.
If you like structure and curiosity, detail and context, systems and storytelling - YOU'LL LOVE THIS
