- Coordinate with external advisors on tax planning, lodgements, structuring and compliance.
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations and financial record-keeping.
- Support ASIC and ATO filings and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the principals.
- Lead the adoption of finance and operational technology across the group and build strong business cases for new tools and systems that improve visibility, efficiency and governance.
What we’re looking for:
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Background in a Family Office or a 2nd Tier accounting firm, working with high-net-worth individuals or complex private groups is what we are looking for and will only be considered in the first instance.
- Deep understanding of trust structures, SMSFs, investment vehicles and tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience in financial operations, multi-entity management and cashflow strategy.
- Strong capability in Xero and Excel, with a genuine appetite for technology adoption.
- Proven ability to evaluate, recommend and implement tech solutions, backed by clear business cases.
- Exceptional discretion, communication skills and ability to work independently.
You’ll be surrounded by interesting work, smart people, and the ability to directly influence the way the business operates for the better.
If you’re looking for depth, autonomy and the chance to shape best-practice financial operations from within, we’d love to hear from you.
You must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen, as we are not able to sponsor for this role.
