As the temporary Finance Administrator, you will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Director and see yourself extremely hands-on. Your day to day will look like this for the next month.

- Payroll
- Transaction processing through MYOB
- Daily banking
- Process cash receipts
- Manage and report bank balances
- Invoices
- Expenses
- process disbursements
- petty cash
- Trust account management
- Assist with cash flow projections
- Coordinate fee funding transaction
- Filling & admin
You'll Need:
- 3-5 years experience
- Immediately available
- Good attention to detail
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with MYOB
