A major investment bank are seeking an absolute unflappable Executive Assistant who can provide support to their well known Managing Director. This is a role that will require you to be meticulous, self-sufficient & professional at all times. The MD demands excellence in every area of the business & this will be even more so within their corporate HQ.
Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:
- Extensive diary management
- Managing all travel
- Assisting in the preparation of company reports & correspondence
- Managing his expenses
- Be his fearless gatekeeper
- Looking after all his private affairs
- Liaising with all key company stakeholders
What you Need
- Must come from a medium to large organisation
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 8 years plus experience as a PA/EA to someone who is a perfectionist
- Need to be self-motivated & meticulously organised
- Immaculate presentation & communication essential
