The Opportunity

This high profile Chairman to one of Australia's most successful companies is currently seeking an engaging Executive Assistant who can support his phenomenal C-suite Executive Assistant with all facets of his busy business & personal life. 

This phenomenal temp role will require someone to possess immaculate presentation & communication skills. 


Your new role
 
Your day to day will incorporate:
  • Compiling & drafting the various communication 
  • Manage any filing systems
  • Facilities management of office
  • Coordinate any personal errands such as pick up cars, dry cleaning & anything else that is required on an adhoc basis, 
  • Undertake all personal projects for the Chairman & his family
  • Meet & greet any VIP guests

What you Need
  • The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
  • Must have a stable career history 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
  • 5 years plus experience as a PA within a corporate office environment
