The CEO of a well known Top 50 ASX Listed Co is currently seeking the well honed talents of a highly statute & engaging C-suite Executive Assistant who can support him with all aspects of his busy personal & business schedule.
This is definitely are role for someone who is a perfectionist & understands the complexities of supporting an executive who never stops.
Only candidates with a stable work history will be shortlisted for this enviable opportunity.
Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:
Your day to day will incorporate:
- Diary management
- Compiling & drafting the various communication
- Be a fearless gatekeeper to the CEO
- Managing all travel
- Collating board reports
- Manage all filing
- Undertake all personal projects for the CEO & his family
- Undertake any other adhoc projects as directed
What you Need
- The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
- Must have a stable career history
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 8 years plus experience as an EA to a C-suite Executive within a large organisation.
