Talent Realised is looking for an experienced Events Organiser to create and deliver memorable client and candidate events across our recruitment agency specialties – with a particular focus on IT and Marketing. Acting as a trusted adviser to the team it is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event professional to showcase their innovation, creativity and events expertise while having the opportunity to connect with our candidates and client alike
Your Role

Your Role
Reporting to 2 directors, the role is responsible for effectively and competently planning, preparing and leading the delivery of events.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Developing event ideas and delivering exceptional and fun events right from inception to delivery
- Fiscal responsibility and management of operations, which includes the preparation and management of event budgets.
- Maintaining industry knowledge and market trends and aligning to new events concepts and ideas.
- Sourcing, negotiating and signing potential event sponsorship partnerships with clients
- Vendor and venue management
- Managing event deadlines, timelines and schedules
- Creating event content, sourcing speakers and negotiating rates
- Creating and managing the Monthly Event Calendar – with a specific focus in IT
What You’ll Need
You’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an Events Organiser or Events Manager or similar.

- Strong numeracy and English literacy
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Experience in developing innovative event strategies
- Proficiency in the MS office suite, CRM software, and ability to pick up new technologies
- Ability to adapt to the changing event environment
- Have integrity, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to build relationships with different parties, manage budgets and monitor attendances and attendee data
- Drive to create the best experiences possible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Take ownership and deliver on tight deadlines
