The Opportunity  

The HR Director of a top 5 Accounting firm worldwide, is seeking a meticulous & engaging Executive Assistant who can support them in every aspect of their busy & ever-changing schedule. This 12-month contract is a phenomenal opportunity for anyone looking for a role that offers plenty of variety & scope.        

Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:
  • Extensive diary management that can change constantly
  • Scheduling all travel & itineraries
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Looking after all the partner's private affairs
  • Expenses and reporting
  • Undertake any other adhoc projects as directed

What you Need
  • The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
  • Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
  • 10 years plus experience as a PA/EA to someone who is highly energetic & demands perfection
  • Need to be self-motivated & be able to handle a massive personality
  • Ideally, you will come from a similar industry
