The Opportunity
 
Work with a dynamic and exciting Arts and Culture organisation that invests in Australian artists by supporting all facets of the creative process, and are committed to the arts being accessible to all Australians. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to work across the marketing teams and support all digital content marketing for this widely regarded organisation.
 
Your New Role
 
Reporting to Marketing Manager, as Digital Marketing Coordinator you will support the marketing team to help effective communications across the website and support of the organisation’s strategic objectives and corporate plan
 
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Ensure all online content is accurate, consistent and on brand, enhancing the organisation’s reputation and engagement with stakeholders including some work involving InDesign/Photoshop/ Illustrator
  • Contribute to the development of the organisations' website to a high standard including accessibility, responsiveness and crowd-browser compatibility
  • Administer, edit and upload content to the website and Sharepoint on a day to day basis
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a digital strategy as part of the overall Communication plan, including social media platforms, websites and e-marketing tools
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and maintain a digital image library, as well as produce and maintain a content production plan to complement and maximise the potential of this library
 
 
What You’ll Need
 
We are looking for a digital marketing graduate with at least 1 + years experience working in digital marketing role – even if it was part-time whilst finishing your university qualifications.
 
We would love to talk to candidates who are able to demonstrate experience across:
  • Strong working knowledge of website development, management and maintenance using HTML, CSS and CMS editing abilities
  • Proven experience in website design, management, maintenance and online user experience, along with up to date website technologies and hosting
  • Proven knowledge and application of SEO best practice and web traffic metrics
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
  • Possession of advanced written communication skills and strong website copywriting skills
