Day to Day
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you are an excellent problem solver with a ‘can do’ mindset and will thrive working with a high performing Operation team who pride themselves on their collaborative culture
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Prioritising and processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up order and delivery related inquiries within agreed response times
  • Review and process claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with 3PL to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Reporting on and continuous improvements to appropriate business processes
  • Ensuring the greatest customer satisfaction by continuously executing and planning with the consumers’ needs in mind
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with you if your background is within a customer service call centre with either FMCG, Freight Forwarding, Import/Export or 3rd Party Logistics. You are an exceptional and clear communicator and proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills are required and maintain a high level of quality in all written and verbal communications.
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, i.e., good listener, empathic, outgoing, positive, and an enthusiastic personality. This is measured through quality monitoring metrics.
  • Desire and capability to work independently.
  • Must be strong in the Windows Operating System including Outlook and Word.
  • Demonstrated relationship building with a proven ability to collaborate with others.
  • Fast learner with openness to feedback and coaching.
