Day to Day
 
The role of the Customer Experience Representative is always to deliver a great customer experience to employees and guests by ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service.  In addition:
  • ‘Meet & Greet’ our customers and visitors to ensure they have a welcoming and professional experience while in Head Office.
  • Build relationships with regular visitors to anticipate their needs and preferences to optimise their experience.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of the external meeting rooms, Concierge and Lobby areas
  • Actively manage Workplace resources including wireless presentation clicker, microphones, Concierge laptops and maintain accurate records of bookings for these.
  • Manage the co-ordination of room set-ups for larger meeting rooms to ensure the room is ready and well presented.
  • Proactively managing meeting rooms daily and weekly in readiness for the week. Working closely with the F&B team on service and setups.
  • Assist the Workplace Services Manager, Food & Beverage & Events Co-ordinator and all business units requesting an inhouse activation/event.
  • Ensure the smooth and professional operation of the switchboard
  • Incoming calls are answered and actioned in a timely and efficient manner.
 
You’ll Need
 
We are looking for people who have experience in a similar role in a corporate environment or customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel environment with great Microsoft Office skills
