About Them
Excitingly, due to recent acquisitions of a number of new film partners and fantastic growth within the business, we are exclusively recruiting a Campaign Manager – Catalogue for Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
Day to Day
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, as Catalogue Campaign Manager your responsibility will be to manage the planning and execution of promotional activity across Universal, Sony, Paramount, Studio Canal & Transmission Home Entertainment Film and TV Portfolios to maximise market share, revenue and profit across the home video and digital categories by implementing strategic plans as set out by the business
  • Responsibility for leveraging key theatrical activity across Physical and Digital – including identifying opportunities, SKU product management including NPD, development of creative assets, media & PR management and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify key SVOD opportunities for Physical and Digital team to leverage in Customer promotions.
  • Bring to market profitable New Product Development (including Anniversary SKUs)
  • Develop an annual calendar for Trade wide TV Campaign activity with engaging customer focussed content and media activity that converts awareness to conversion.
  • Prepare for Commercial Planning Cycle meetings and deliver impactful presentations
  • Manage budgets and P&L.
  • Work and manage the external Publicity, Promotional and Media Agencies, and other third-party Suppliers.
  • Champion opportunities to extend Catalogue product and campaign exposure through strategic Customer/ third-party brand opportunities in conjunction with the Partnerships Manager.
  • Support junior & new team members in onboarding, building plans and help develop their strategic and creative thinking.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk to candidates who have 2 – 4 years experience working at Product Manager/Campaign Manager level, ideally in the Home Entertainment, Toys, Electronics or Beauty industry.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Proven experience in product marketing including lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, media, publicity and promotions, including the Local Retail and Digital landscape.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing and/or a related discipline.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communications and presentation style.
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills.
  • Experience in working with third parties.
  • Proven experience developing and running a project P&L to budget
