The Opportunity
One of Australia’s most progressive ASX Listed Financial Institutions are currently seeking the talents of a meticulous C-suite EA who can support their CEO. This career-defining role will suit someone who is looking for that true one on one support where you will be a valued & trusted confidant to a CEO who is passionate & driven.
 
 
 
Day to Day
  • Extensive diary management that is ever-changing
  • Oversee the CEO’s email & correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings & appointments – scheduling, document preparation, etc.
  • Manage all travel bookings & itineraries
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Preparation of proposals, agendas and various other documents
  • Assist the CEO with Board reporting requirements
  • Organise & attend board meetings
  • Some minute taking required
  • Screen calls and emails acting as first line support to the CEO
  • Prepare budget presentations in a timely manner
  • Generate expenses
  • Coordinate company events including luncheons, parties
  • Undertake any adhoc personal projects for the CEO & his family
 
 
You’ll Need
  • Must possess a minimum of 8 years C-suite EA experience
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent communication, administrative writing and reporting skills, scheduling, time management and domestic and international travel logistics required
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
