One of the world's largest FMCG corporations are seeking a highly astute & organised C-suite Executive Assistant who can support a very hands on C-suite Executive with every facet of his business & personal life.
This is definitely a role that will suit someone who possesses impeccable organisational skills coupled with the ability to run with any tasks & take ownership of what needs to be done to best suit who they support.

- Extensive diary management
- Know how to work within an international timeline to ensure all the relevant stakeholders are abreast of what's happening within the business
- Scheduling all travel & itineraries
- Collating Board Reports
- Be a fearless gatekeeper
- Taking minutes
- Looking after all his private affairs
- Expenses and reporting
- Undertake any other adhoc projects as directed
What you Need
- The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
- Must have a stable career history
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 10 years plus experience as a PA/EA to someone who is highly demanding perfectionist
- Need to be self-motivated & be able to handle a massive personality
- Ideally, you will come from a FMCG background
