Your New Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for vibrant marketer who excels in driving exceptional GTM strategies into outstanding results for the ANZ market. Day to day you will manage and be the product and audience expert for the kids portfolio and develop and implement innovative marketing plans that are grounded in insights that drive brand equity and build active consumers.

Ideally you have 3 years industry experience in a high-impact consumer goods/toys/FMCG or even luxury brands space and have worked with/collaborated with sales and marketing teams

Your New Role

Main responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the APAC Brand Marketing Network for respective themes and audiences; share and reapply best practices
- Lead agency partners and external partnership relationships aligned with audience responsibilities as required
- Input into the ANZ Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process and consumer communications planning Lead consumer sales recommendations for your audience portfolio; which includes monthly forecasting and active participation in the S&OP process
- Plan and run budgets related to multiple brands and marketing campaigns
You’ll Need
Ideally you have 3 years industry experience in a high-impact consumer goods/toys/FMCG or even luxury brands space and have worked with/collaborated with sales and marketing teams
- Ability to prioritize and plan in a very fast paced environment is crucial to the success of this role.
- Solid experience in working with and negotiating contracts with agencies and external suppliers.
- Excellent team player able to work independently, collaboratively, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- A simplistic & effective work approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands
- Strong communicator & collaborator.
- Strong analytical and budget management skills.
- Being proactive, taking initiatives and high attention to detail
