I first came into recruitment from a hospitality background where I consider myself to be a very customer focused person. Providing a special experience and delivering outstanding customer service is what I do. After learning the ropes and being introduced to the I.T industry, I embarked on a brand new adventure where I discovered a new found love for not only sales but matching unique and hard to find talent with new and exciting opportunities.
After some time, I started to map out my market where I started to focus on Testing, QA and Mobile development. Not only did I find a pattern of success, but I started to build out an incredible network of candidates and clients. I help start-up, medium and enterprise size companies and candidates connect through skill, passion, and pure determination to be the best in the market.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy great wine and even better food. I love trying new restaurants and being outdoors. I also love meeting new people and being around friends and family is where I am happiest.
