Your new role
- Managing tickets & being the first point of contact
- Supporting users with IT issues in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve user issues by troubleshooting, using your effective and concise decision making
- Exposure to all Microsoft/Windows systems
- Exposure to Networking skills - switching, routing, CCNA/CCNP level

Ideal candidate will have
- Knowledge of Windows systems
- Good knowledge of networking - switching, routing, network setup
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Server OS, VMware
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting & multitasking skills
- Organisation skills that will always keep you ahead of things
- Warm and down to earth individual who has a passion for helping others
What you'll need
- A degree in Information Technology or relative work experience
- Experience with Windows Systems and Networking
- Exposure to troubleshooting documentation across multiple fields
- Your own vehicle as the office isn't located close to any buses or trains
- PR or Citizenship
